Here is Baby #3. All the parts are there and everything is on track. Violet went to the ultrasound with Mike & I. She might as well have been at home because she was completely unimpressed with the whole thing. Of course, after playing games on the computer and IPod she was probably expecting 3D glasses, stereo sound, & Hi-Def. When we told her it was a boy since she was drawing pictures and not looking at the screen, she smiled, smacked her forehead with her hand & said nothing. Later during my appointment, the nurse said since Violet is the only girl in the family she gets to be the only Princess. Iwent into the waiting room & told Vi what she had said, she smiled & yelled, "yesss!"
Vi has had a few names picked for the new babe, the first being Olive (I told her that was the size of the baby at the time) then when my stomach got a little bigger I told her the baby was the size of a Peach. Peaches became the name for awhile. Now she knows it is a boy, Peaches seemed a little girly to her. She has renamed him Pockets. I asked her where she got the name, she says, "you had a Pocket on your shirt that day." I can't wait to hear the next name......
