Kolt found this extra #3 candle. I told him it went ON the cake. He was convinced it WAS cake. Lesson: Always listen to your mother or you might end up with a mouth full of wax.
What's better than fake moustaches! Can you find the fake one in this photo?
Kolt continues the obsession with soccer. Grandma Pat and Aunt Mel got him goalie gloves, soccer shorts, and under armor type shirts. He has wore them to bed. I washed them this morning so he could wear them again!
Vi on the sidelines of Kolt's cake cheering him on! She is the best big sister!
I think he was trying to get the little pictures of him to kick the soccer ball candles.
We got 4 hockey books at the library on Thursday. He carried them around all day! He even brought them when we took GranMary and Papa Al on a tour of Daddy's new building. One page in particular caught his eye, a hockey player with roller blades on. He kept pointing at the roller blades and saying, "my want them!" He immediately ripped open the box and wanted them on! Birthday Party over......he was in the garage!!!
Back inside to check on the progress of the Millenium Falcon after wrestling with the fort knox of packaging, but not quite ready to take off the roller blades.....
Shortly after the party was over, we were outside with Kolt while he skated in the driveway when this random balloon floated very low through our yard. Aunt Mel snagged it out of the grass & GranMary brought it inside and immediately sensed Grandpa Harry might have flown it in for Kolton for his birthday......
