BALLS

Kolt sporting his own cleats instead of sisters!  So excited that he wore them out of the store and for the rest of the day and took them to bed.

Vi's first soccer game EVER.  Adorable. She was soooo nervous this morning, crying, complaining of a tummy ache, refusing to do the mouth guard and adding to the overall confusion of trying to get 5 people out the door on time.  Mike and I pulled out our best, "everybody gets nervous speeches."  She didn't seem impressed.  Reminded me of my sweet niece Bray and her anxiety about newness and my other niece Kalyssa who is tortured by the "new experiences" in life. Kolt on the hand was jumping out of his skin to get going to the soccer field! Close to an hour of him following Mike around the house before we walked out the door!

In this video, we are pretty sure the coach told Vi where her position was on the field and she took this very literally.  Funny, how she can be so aggressive with her brother, but when she is actually supposed to be aggressive......
Maybe a couple more games under her belt and she will be more confident about moving where the ball actually is.  Although, she kicked it once so that is something. :)

Kolt and Joseph (age3) discussing what the sign reads.  Joseph clearly understand they are letters even if he doesn't know which ones they are.  Kolt is wondering which letter means Kolton.  I am always telling him, S stands for Spenser, V is for Violet. So he is passionately saying "that's ME?!"
