At one of Kalyssa's summer track meets. Papa Al, her Mom, Aunt Esther and Camden getting pumped for the race. Apparently it involves eating hotdogs, & having some sodas.
It was cool to see my super fast niece run! She is only 11 ( in pic standing against the fence), but has a natural gift to haul *ss!!!!
Uncle Art & Camden chillin on the sideline
Kalyssa's sister Kai and Violet did a lot of running on the sidelines on the javelin track
Can't run without a little stretching. Running in flip-flops just to add the element of danger.
Ready, Ready, Ready to run.....
Kolt running
Bray got her favorite little cousin off to sleep......
Aunt Kar getting the stare down!
little Lily
Camden sitting in the highchair that has been used for a couple generations. This is his laid back pose only used for the ladies. Great Aunt Pat was very impressed. :)
Sometimes it feels like all they do is EAT. Why is that?
My Big Chunky Monkey!!!!
Bray took this pic. I could hear her laughing from the other room at Cam flipping this fish in his mouth!
Can't tell they are related at all!!!!
Tim's girlfriend Kris took this amazing photo of Violet while we are camping back in July. Love the toes. Bray added ---Vi :)
Vi and I went to the Big Apple Circus in Lake George with Anne Marie, Jameson, and Joseph. It was a blast! Both Vi and I had so much fun! It was funny for both kids and adults! And the tent was air-conditioned so I was able to laugh without sweating.
A very nice afternoon with friends at John and Anne Marie's home. They are best hosts and always have a great time with them . Jen, Pete, and their twin daughters Olivia & Sophia joined the crew.
A random picture. Simply cracks me up because they look so much alike and their faces are too funny!
My friend Jodi had her baby!!!! My sister, Cam, & I went to see her on day 4.....
This is the divine Miss Chloe, the official Big Sister of Finley age 4 days
Then back to my parent's house to celebrate my Dad's birthday. Vi, Great Grandma Waneta and my Dad having birthday cake.
Uncle Tim giving Cam a gardening lesson.
Can't go one blog post with Bray without her making a face:)
The wagon ride.
Cousin Spenser feeding Camden a little lunch. Cam some how turned this into a distance spitting event, not included is the next pic of Spense standing 2 feet away from him while Cam sprayed baby food.
The most innocent toasted cheese eating picture, ever.
This was a week or so after we got home from my parent's house. We headed to Lake George for a quick weekend of camping in Grandma Pat's camper.
this gives me nightmares......
Mike will tell you that they wanted to play this hunting game.
Mini-golfing
Monkey See
Monkey Do
Little Boys and water......
Cam is not much for the sport of mini-anything.......
It is supposed to be Mount Vesuvius, looked more like a giant olive.
The wading pool at the campground was a dream! In general, pools are very parent-participation intense at this age. We got to have a total lack of participation.....
.....that is why I am smiling in this photo. :)
A fairly awful photo, but Cam LOVED the wading pool. He could touch the bottom so he could get around by himself---dream boat.
The Sunday we got home from camping Amanda, Matt, Noah, and Laena came for some Great Escape fun! Kolt went on 3 rides that he refused to go on before this trip with Noah. Thanks, Noah!
Laena & her most pinch-able cheeks
Vi took some horse-riding lessons before going to horse-camp the last week in August (actually her second day is today) . Aunt Mel took these photos. As you can see Vi is riding the horse backwards so the lessons were sorely needed. :)
A quick visit with Lily, I think her siblings (Cam's cousins) were with her, but they are not cute babies so who cares.
Cam is only 5 weeks older than Lily. Oh, genetics.
oh, this is one of those siblings. I guess they did come! We actually went go-karting and did laser tag with them earlier in the day. No pics, the camera is a constant state of being lost and found.
Summer soon to be over.....some days not soon enough.....
