Vi's 5 yr old well child

I took Violet to her 5 year old well-child appointment yesterday.  The appointment took over an hour which seemed like a long time, but the nurse practioner asked Violet all sorts of questions and gave her all sorts of little tests.  Violet did really well during the whole appt.  She did answer the nurse with her little baby voice instead of her big girl voice. That probably only bothered me. She got squirrely too and was trying to be funny when the nurse asked her questions.  The nurse asked Vi what she did when she was hungry? Vi said eat.  What she did when she was tired? Vi said, sleep.  What she did when she was cold?  Vi said, walk on the ceiling and giggled.
When the nurse left to go get the NP, Violet was pretending to be the Doctor and I was the patient's mom.  She sat at the desk and pretended to be typing on a laptop.  She says to me, "Has your daughter been sick?" I said, "yes."  Vi fake types on the desk.  "Has your daughter ever puked on her toys?"  I started laughing, but she stayed in character and pretended to check the patients reflexes.  This went on for about 5 minutes & she was having so much fun.
She had to have a shot and was super brave.  She cried, but sat very still & took lots of deep breaths.  She had to wear a little gown during the appointment and did not want to take it off at the end!  Happy to report she is a healthy 5 year old who is now immune to chicken pox.
She weighs 53lbs 95 percentile
She is 3ft 9in.  92 percentile
She is 75% sweet & 25% defiant
