Since Max (the Grinch's dog) came home with us he has not left Violet's side. Violet takes this dog EVERYWHERE. If Max gets forgotten at home it is an extremely sad event. (Vi took this photo) Oh, the sad eyes, luckily for him Violet's heart is three sizes to big :)
Vi & Kolt are very loving siblings. Kolt does like to steal Vi's things and run away with them, but Vi also likes to chase him so it works out. Kolt is just starting to want to do what Vi is doing, eat what she is eating, sit how she is sitting, color what she is coloring, etc. positively adorable.
I am so lucky Violet is so patient with him. He is a very busy boy & he takes a lot of my time, but she seems to have a natural caring instinct when it comes to her baby brother. Time will tell if that loving feeling survives the teenage years.....
