Violet has been amazing these past few weeks. I thought for awhile there I had lost her to the 2 almost 3 year old: I do it myself, yes means no, parents do everything wrong phase! I am sure that challenging phase will come around again, but we are enjoying the calm before the storm...
She is REALLY into pretending these days. She can play for an hour with her little animals or with her dollhouse all by herself, just making up her own little world. Apparently, while I was gone overnight visiting friends (Aunty Jodi's baby shower, pictured above) she was playing with her doll house and all the Mommies were missing! All the babies and kids missed their Mommies. She then told Mike she missed her Mommy too......ahhhhhhhh. I just could not love her more!
We had a great visit with baby Noah and his parents. Violet usually calls ALL other babies babyNoah which aadorable so she had fun too.
